Matthew Rossman

I’m Matthew Rossman, and I’m proud to lead Oak Ridge Painting Co. alongside my wonderful wife, Hanna.

My mission is to create a work environment that attracts the best talent, and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. I firmly believe in the importance of exceptional customer care and strive to provide an unparalleled experience for every client.

With over 15 years in the home service industry, I understand what it takes to run a successful painting company that delivers a five-star experience.

When I'm not at Oak Ridge Painting Co. transforming spaces with color, you can find me making the most of life's adventures! Whether it's taking spontaneous mini trips to the mountains with my amazing wife, skiing down powdery slopes in the winter, or jumping out of a perfectly good airplane while skydiving, I love embracing the thrill of new experiences. But it's not all about the adrenaline- I cherish cozy movie nights with the family just as much.

Dane Fillers

I'm Dane Fillers, a proud native of Winston Salem. Having traveled both across the U.S. and internationally, I've come to appreciate that there's truly no place like home. I’m an alumnus of Parkland High School and High Point University.

My diverse experience in customer service, business ownership, management, and sales has equipped me to serve my clients and community effectively.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the golf course and with my family at the lake fishing. My 8-year-old son and 18-month-old daughter bring endless joy and laughter into our lives, and I cherish watching them grow every day.

Faith Maurer

Hello, I’m Faith Maurer, the Business Development Manager at Oak Ridge Painting Co.

I’m dedicated to building long-term relationships with our clients based on trust and reliability.

As a lifelong resident of the Triad area, I understand the unique needs of local families and businesses. My fiancé and I are homeowners in Kernersville, where we raise our five children and our dog, Roxy, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges that can arise.

With over 15 years of management experience, I prioritize providing each client with an exceptional experience, whether for a small service or a large project. I’m committed to being responsive and available to address any questions or concerns you may have, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Isaias Adon

Hello and welcome! I grew up in the Dominican Republic and moved to Long Island, New York, at the age of 13.

Coming from a middle-class working family, I quickly learned the importance of hard work. I spent my summers working construction alongside my father, a general contractor, which sparked my passion for craftsmanship.

Today, I proudly work at Oak Ridge Painting, where I apply my years of experience to deliver exceptional, high-quality service. I believe that outstanding workmanship should always come with respectful and friendly customer care.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife of 25 years and our five incredible teenagers. Whether it’s swimming with friends or playing beach volleyball, family time is what I cherish most.
